Mr. Kim comes to the Katz Consulting Group, Inc. after serving
as a Care Coordinator with HealthRight, Inc., a federally funded
Community Access Program that provides services to the residents of North
Philadelphia. He brings program development, research, and data management
experience from a number of collaborative initiatives that provided coordinated
access to health services for the chronically ill.
Representative Accomplishments

Studied the epidemiology of oral health problems, analyzed the current oral health care
delivery system, and characterized North Philadelphia's dental safety net providers to design a
program that could offer general dentistry services in coordination with primary care at no
charge to patients.

Facilitated the development and growth of programs that provided ophthalmology specialty
care and prescription drugs for patients across multiple provider sites, with tracking,
data management, and reporting capabilities.

Background
Mr. Kim received his Masters of Public Health degree, with distinction, from Drexel University, concentrating in
Health Management and Policy and completed his undergraduate work in Natural Sciences from The Johns Hopkins
University in Baltimore, MD.
